Kids bike races
1:00-3:00 p.m. at recreation park
The classes for the bike races will be:
1) 3-5 years old with tricycles or training wheels
2) 3-5 years old without training wheels
3) 6-7 years old
4) 8-9 years old
5) 10-12 years old
6) 13-14 years old
7) 15-16 years old
Each class will race a longer course than the previous class, but the finish line will be the same for all the racers and spectators.
Free registration will start at noon.
Helmets will be required and will be available for sale that day.
There will be trophies, prizes, and t-shirts.
Sponsors willing to donate money towards the cost of the trophies, prizes, and t-shirts will get their names printed on the back of the t-shirts that each child will wear on the race day.
